A lot of folks watch EBay items and use auction tools like auction sniper, auction grabber, and auction stealer. These tools bid on the item in the last few seconds of a auction closing. They don't have to sit and watch the computer for items to end. They can win multiple listings at one time with just bidding a small amount above the going price.

That is true. I have about 12 people watching at the moment so there is a good chance that at least one of the is using a bot program.
