Great job on the puppet!
Teeth can be made with craft Eva foam, carved from poly foam, made from crayola clay and glued into the mouth. It just all depends on the look you are going for and keep in mind the opening and closing of the mouth, what type teeth will restrict movement.

I have also seen people use a simple strip of white fabric like felt around the inside of the mouth at the lip line to represent teeth. This keeps everything flat in the mouth so it still works.

Kermit looks so much like the original- just a little blue, or is this just the light?
Anyway: "it's not easy being green" was the first thing on my mind.

Wow he looks great, nice work!
Another idea for teeth are the makeup sponges, the triangle shaped ones. You can cut them to smaller sizes depending on your need

I wish the pictures were bigger oh well. For teeth I like to use this self drying foam clay that crayola makes called model magic. http://www.amazon.com/Crayola-Model-Magic-Single-Packs/dp/B002VBXL6Q/ref=sr_1_11?ie=UTF8&qid=1298565795&sr=8-11
