I posted some photos and descriptions of a method I use to make molds for my latex puppet heads and bodies.

It's awesome to see this. I was thinking about ordering some Klean Klay today anyway, but wasn't sure how it compared to some other clays.
Mold making was always the part I hated when I used to do mask making stuff. But some of your techniques do seem better than techniques I learned 8-10 years ago. Thanks for sharing.

Thanks! If you want really detailed, and highly accurate help with this type of mold, I would encourage you to get Mark Alfrey's "Standard Molds and Castings", which was made with mask makers in mind, but is the exact same methods employed by latex puppet makers.
