Great work! It's really good to see step-by-step pictures of puppet building, but especially with marionettes which I think are one of the most complicated puppets to make.

What are those metal rods you use to mold the legs around them and where can I find some?

They are called bobby pins.

How do you oven bake them? Can you do it with the pins on? If not how do you remove the pins from them while keeping the shape in tact?

Polymer clays like Fimo or Sculpy are baked at very low temps so there is not problem with leaving pins in them. In fact if you read up on the medium you'll see that it is standard practice to use foil inside of them as a base.
