This is a custom request.  It's not an exclusive design, so it can be duplicated somewhat.  It would depend on the amount of this exact color of fabric that we have remaining.  We could also make him with regular fleece which would lower the cost.  This particular client requested the antron.

Actually everything is sheet foam.  The cheeks are lg. circles cut out of 1" regular density foam.  Then there are three darts about 1 1/2" long about 1/2-3/4" wide cut into the circle.  That makes the circle cup or bow.  then I beveled the top edge once it was attached to the face.  The cheeks were cut away at the mouth to allow the jaw to move freely.  When you attach the cheeks make sure the mouth is open wide since the cheeks extend from top to bottom jaw.

The eyebrows are also 1" sheet foam beveled or carved as you say.

The ears are 1/2" high density foam.
