today, while surfing on the internet I read sad news: Albrecht Roser passed away on Sunday April 17 - 2011. http://www.unima.org/uniE13.htm
He was a great puppeteer in Germany. His earliest success came in 1951 with his first string puppet, "Clown Gustaf", an impish, humorous character that celebrated his 50th year on stage in 2001.
He had great ideas and was a inspiration for many puppeteers all over the world.
His dead is a great loss for the puppetworld.
