Someone contacted me with several puppets they want to sell. She has a Selberg (originally $1275.00), 2 MAT's ($625.00 & $550.00), and an Axtell ($399.00)  I am not really into buying and selling high end puppets, as most puppet teams have a much lower budget.   Not sure what to offer her if I decide I am interested. I asked what they wanted for them, and they weren't sure, but would like to get about 3/4ths of original prices.  Considering I have to add shipping and a reseller fee to this, I can't see it working for me.  When I buy used puppets I usually pay far less than that (I just bought over 100 used ones).

Are any of you looking for this type puppet? If so I can pass the info along.

See if you can get pictures of them from them and we could post them here.  We could also spread the news via the new groups we have set up at FB. They may be able to get a better price out of them that way.

I agree with you that while 3/4th of the original price may be a good buy for an individual that if you where going to try and resell them it would be really hard to get a profit out of them.
