Hi All,
Just thought I'd share with you a new project that we here at Puppets Can! are producing. We have a segment at our church's annual Harvest Service. (we are really late this year, it's normally somewhere near April).
The performance is not very long but will have filmed sections from a roving reporter, with the newsroom scenes being live on the day.
Its basically news anchors in a newsroom setting that are trying to run a 'dangers of pesticides' segment. Samantha, the on location reporter interviews Farmer Brown who lies when he says his produce is totally organic. As a result of him using pesticides there's a half puppet half pumpkin thing running around with revenge on his mind! This thing has two side kicks that aren't sure what they are.
The reporter also interviews some eye witnesses, and it gets really bizarre when the Pumpkin Head is apprehended.
It turns out that its all a dream (in the begining you see the female news anchor being hit in the head with a pumpkin that is thrown to her by her co news anchor).
We film the on location parts tomorrow, I hope all turns out ok.
There are 12 characters in total.
I will post some pictures of them when I finish posing them for a poster I have in mind.

So much fun, just got back from filming the on location scenes.
All we have to do now is to practice the news set interaction with the news anchors.
All the puppets are resting right now, so I'll do the photo shoot for the poster this afternoon
so I can advertise at church for the event.
Puppeteering makes me so happy.

I've been trying to arrange them all in one photo, but it's not working out. So I will photo them in small group now.
OT: Does anyone know how I can change from the old PandS to the new one that displays on my laptop, I've looked in my setting but I can't remember how to do it.
