Coloring small bits of antron fleece Posted by CJ Puppets on Jul 14, 2011
Does anyone have any experience with coloring antron using something other than dye? I'm starting a project that I need mostly flesh colors but I need very small amounts of a few other colors. Has anyone tried fabric paint or something similar?

what colors do you need? You can find all type dyeing techniques at the dye forum. Alcohol base markers diluted with rubbing alcohol might work. tea or coffee is used sometimes in doll making. Some fresh berries and plant matter can produce dye such as red and purple berries. I would suggest experimenting with swatches to come up with colors.

Awesome thanks Billy. I just need small amounts of red, green silver or grey and black. But I'll probably just dye some black since I'll need probably 1/2 a yard.

Is anyone selling any by chance?
