Very nice. One thing I would have done since he looks so similar to the count is give him a pencil line mustache and goatee. And it would give him more of a Spanish look.
Do you have any other pics that show his clothing more and did you give him legs?

For AWS:What happen with the spanish look is relative, because of be a mix race (Indians, blacks, caucacians, orientals, etc..). You see, you could find a indian look person as a caucacian look person among spanish   
And pitiful, those are the only pics I have from it. And this creation is in Colombia (So far, right now from me).  :'(
