Hey all! I've got a brand new pattern giveaway. Five patterns to the first people who say they want one. However, it's not a muppet-type puppet pattern, it's a finger puppet pattern! I'd love some feedback on the instructions/pattern, but hopefully it is fairly straightforward.

Giveaways like this are just part of my way of paying back to all you nice folk here who teach me all sorts of great things and the interesting discussions I always find here. 

I got it Na. It is almost a book. It looks great but before we can make it I have to translate it first. I think we do that when we are going to make it. I let you know when we have finished them. I can take a while because the schools just began after the summer holiday and a lot of birthdays in the weekends for a few weeks.
When I looked it truth I liked the way you make the cup of the ice cream !!

You should make a deal with Na to translate all her e-books so she can have a wider market to sell to.

The most of the Dutch can read speak and write English so the most can do it with the English ones. I don't know how big market for Dutch will be.......but if Na wants the translating maybe I can help

Hope you enjoy using it! It is kind of book length, probably because it's more complicated than your average finger puppet. The idea was to make a pattern for adults, rather than kids.

The more I look at patterns online for puppets, the more frustrated I am with how little is available for adults - and not just parents/teachers but for you or I.

I understand about the timeline and don't worry. I am taking a 'forced' holiday myself during September as I have been working on School of Puppetry stuff now for a whole year and need a break.

Thanks for the offer and suggestion, but I don't think I'll be translating the patterns. I would have to figure out which languages to translate to, and which ones to avoid, but more than that it would make the sales page quite complicated: I would have to have different payment buttons for different language-versions, each which would have to be translated as well. Far too confusing for the average person to use.
