I feel like I am bugging you guy with all of these posts lately, it's just that I have finally had some time to spend on a few projects that I have been dieing to work on. And i am trying to get them all done before I student teach in two weeks.

Looking good. What did you do to get the lower lip definition?  Did you add a piece of foam on before covering? I can't see the ridge in the raw foam but that may just be the angle of the photo.

Shawn, that ride is on the foam head too. its just the picture. And that detail happened natureally when I glued the bottom mouthplate in.

Ahh so you must have made your lower mouth plate larger then the foam. Was that planned?  It makes a really nice shaped lip.
