OK guys... I'm all new to this puppet building my first set of eyes wasn't to glamorous..


second set i had a little longer to work on..


Just wanted some hints and tips? Maybe how to make them blink etc?

There have been some discussions about this in the past and I think that Billy has drawing of one method in his gallery. Just a followup, thanks for your help on the vacuum idea. I am getting great results. I picked up a really cheap machine for only $60USD from china. Its normal purpose is to make denture molds.

I couldn't get it to translate but that's great....... can we see it in action.

Yeh sure, I'll do a vid for you guys. Load page in google chrome, right click anywhere on page and select 'translate to english'. I am running the latest version of chrome.

They also sell ping pong balls with eyes printed on them, im sure that could be handy for lots of puppet making, i mean, we buy ping pong balls and paint eyes on them, so it would be great to buy ping pong balls with eyes already printed on them!! and i do like the range of sizes, ill have to see how viable it is to get them sent to the UK.
