I particular like Na's style of writing. She has such a way with words and would like to learn the basics in how to write a script, content of a web page, things that would be of interest to others. Again I feel Na's frustrations of folks copying content from her web and not giving her credit.

Thank you! Glad you like my writing

Script writing is a great idea - I'd never thought of that one.

Creating a website is another one, I already have that partially written so I can definitely post it in the future.

As for the plagiarism, I'm glad to say that there has been action - some of the content has been removed - although I have not had an official reply letting me know. I've just been keeping an eye on the website/s.

The only thing I don't get to use now is my glass making skills. I still have the notes from the classes though.

Are you sure about that? It seems to me that many of  your shadow puppets are very much like stain glass windows.

Well, it's not really the same building process. But it kind of fits my temperament; glass windows, shadow puppetry and lighting design are all things I like doing and so there may be some sort of design concept that draws all three together.

Stained glass shadow puppets... Kind of like the idea

I thought that make get you thinking. Very true that the actual building process may be very different but I do think that design wise shadow puppets and stain glass are compliments.

How about information about grants. How to apply for them. Where to apply for them etc. That's something I'd be interested in. Also, information about promoting the business etc.

Yes; I often felt like lighting design was "painting with light". Perhaps there's something similar to that emotion in doing shadow puppetry.

That's a great idea but problematic. Applying for grants can differ depending on which country you reside in. I barely know how to apply for one here in Australia. There is no specific board to which you could apply for (puppetry may come under fine arts, which is a separate funding board to theatre - at least here in Oz) most of the time. To be really useful, info about applying for grants would have to be country specific I expect.

Perhaps something more generic could be done - say, what to include in a grant application, and how to write promotional materials.

Which would suit your second suggestion too.

Thanks for the ideas! Keep them coming!

I also thought that a little on copyrights would be a good idea. I already have a bit about it, but am hoping to do a more in-depth article.

Also, if you're on Facebook, I have a poll going for suggestions:
