I have been searching the internet for a few days now trying to find someone with whom I could work to create a few puppets as a gift for my Father for his 65th birthday. 

The deal is this:
My father has always made up these imaginary monsters to scare us as children.   The monsters included "Three fingered Willie", "Two Toed Harry", " One Fanged George", the "Water Monster" and the "Sand Ghost", etc.

My siblings and cousins and I are well into our 20s and 30s but over this past weekend I noticed that my Dad was pulling out all the monsters on my 2 year old niece and 3 year old nephew.  He, however, would just tell them that whichever said monster was sneaking up behind them and then they would ask where and he would have nothing to show them.

So I was hoping to have some really beautiful/scary/cute puppets made in the monsters' image for his 65th birthday so he could use them with his grandkids in the years to come.

Can any puppet makers out there help me with this project?  I have a budget and am open to discussion.

BTW What a great heritage and a wonderful idea for your father.  Reminds me of Where the Wild Things Are, one of my favorite books as a child.
