I was looking for some too for lips and chins but had no idea where to get it. if you carry the 2" at some point let me know!

Chris,
You can use the higher density polyfoam for lips and chins or you can glue (hot glue or contact cement) the 1/2" together to form the size you need.

I tried some higher density stuff, it wasn't so easy to shape the way I wanted, but I'm a better puppet maker now... maybe I'll try again.
