Thanks MPGRACE & SHAWN for looking into this mather, few issues with these links and thoughts are that they are miles away from finland :D was thinking bit more closer solution cause i dont think, i will be heading united states or french near future and asking them to ship some over to finland could come very expensive.

Any suggestions like where these kind of puppets could be made, they dont need to be exactly same ones used on Spitting image as i may have make it sound, like its one of requirement. Considering looking through that link even those 2 shown on auction house (spitting image) puppets will be going atleast for 3,500 pounds, way over my budget. Should i perhaps try looking into somekind of courses they arrange about puppet making over here? Im running bit low on time as i write this, but ill look into more of those links with time. Its good to know that those puppets are latex cause i wasnt sure. I just thought, if i go visit local puppet shop that are peforming for kids their shows, guess that could be good place to start. I mean, asking doesnt cost anything?

I got idea, how and when would be using the latex puppet so thats why im seeing so much effort getting one, made or perhaps create myself one if such option even exsists. Best kind would be seen on my picture i posted, able to move mouth, eyeballs left to right and to middle, fingers and hands, dont need rest but it was designed up from belt to head human sized. As i recall you placed your own hand from bottom all the way to head which would allow the mouth open, same method like sock puppet one.

If you are interested in making your own puppets I would suggest maybe looking at http://projectpuppet.com they sell patterns for puppets. They are not the latex type but more like the Muppets. I know they have sent patterns overseas and even made special arrangements to get the patterns to folks electronically. Making a latex puppet like Spitting Images can be pretty tough to do for a beginner.

Your idea about finding a local puppeteer and going to see their show and talk to them is a good one. They are going to be able to give you the local connections in your area that we may not know about.

Hello guys, bit of update to this post. I contacted just now a women who has made human sized puppets before and i believe she can help me over here in finland. Will let you know of the respond later!

I should have seen this thread sooner. From all the research I've done in the past, Spitting Image puppets are made from foam latex (the same stuff that prosthetic make up for movies was made from until foamed gelatin and silicone started being used more). The puppets were sculpted using clay, a mold was made, and the puppets were cast.

Halloween mask making methods could be used for making puppets of this type. Here's some links that might help:
