That's quite a good price. Even for accounting for currency exchange, it's not that far off what I'd pay here for the same size can.

Although now I wish you hadn't posted the link, because I love mochi but can never find any in a convenient location near me. Which is odd given that my area is predominantly Asian and there are a number of speciality Asian stores nearby.

... LJ, did you know that you can actually get bulk cans of Milo? One of my greatest memories of a school camp (live on a farm for two months with 7 others per house, and you order food like you would a normal household. Not quite 'camp' so much as 'live on farmland in houses and do ecology classes') where every house got a huge tin of Milo. As it was really the only chocolate treat, we'd often come home from classes during the day and literally dig into it with large spoons. Disgusting!

At the moment, I'm trying to steer clear of Reese's peanut butter cups, for which my sister always manages to find and has placed them at the front door for Halloween. My local grocery store actually stocks a few speciality American items like that, but I never buy them for myself.
