I'm not sure if this site software supports a chatroom... but if it does, that would be really cool!

Shawn tried it once before along with games.....and it did not work out that well in my opinion. Very few took advantage of it. With all the other things available on the internet these days it is just as easy to meet on blogtv or skype.

And we do have very different timezones which makes things complicated...

Yep Billy is right. We did used to have chat and the games but they where not being used much.  We even tried some scheduled chat times and that did not seem to help. When I did some re-organizing of the software I decided to remove them.

I could look and see what is out there now if you like. I think the old program I used is defunct now. I might be able to figure out a way to tie in the Facebook chat. That may be the way to go instead of an independent program.

I just thought it would be fun to chat... if you've already tried it and didn't have much luck then don't go nuts looking for something

Hmm... I'll have to look into that. I thought I had it all set up right. I must have done something wrong in the permissions.

Ok see if you can access it now. For some reason the permission setting did not take when I set them last time. I think they should be good now.
