I found this puppeteer and puppet builder (and artistic director), Michael Montenegro. This is his website, http://theatrezarko.org/ , for something he called "Puppet Symbolist Theatre".

Now that's what I particularly enjoy about any kind of art, when its capabilities are taken to the limits to get the greater expression possible using the tools available
