Hello can any of you help me figure out how to make moving eyes and how to make moving eye brows any assistance greatly appreciated.

I think, but don't know, but the eye mech discussed in the second link is actually posted on the third. I am the person that is discussed on the second link, trying out a tutorial from that site; since I tried it Puppeteers Unite has redesigned his site and things have moved.
Searching the forums here will likely bring up some other suggestions as it's been discussed before.
