I have a couple of questions, out of curiosity. What is the silver fabric? Is it a vinyl or something?  And how did you attach the third eyeball?

Hi.  I have two different silver fabrics - the backing on Xjntz's collar is a thin silvery lamme.  The bodies and arms are both silvery satin-like material.  I just got them from a local discount fabric and mill store.

The antennae are just small lengths of 1/2 inch foam covered in fleece and the eyeball is just a ping pong ball with a black self-adhesive furniture foot pad.  I then covered the back of the ball in the same fleece fabric, hot-glued a length of ostrich feather boa around it and hot glued it to the top of the antenna.  Then I added a bit of gold pipe cleaner as the windey thing - just for decoration.

How did you attach them to the head so that they still stand up?

They are short and broad enough that they stand up.  They're only about 6 inches long.  I just hot glued them in place.

I guess he kind of does.  I never intended that though.  He's just supposed to be a pubescent geek of no particular geographical origin.

Ah, a nerd! We do some nerd skits and my son always dresses up as a nerd.  It's a lot of fun and I love your nerd puppet.  Lots of personality!
