Has any one here gotten their hands on the Vogue Muppet Baby Kermit pattern? If not I would suggest it. I just bought it off Ebay and it is perfect for making a puppet with. It even has a mouth plate. The only thing you would really have to do is make your own pattern for a foam under-structure but if you are familiar with round headed puppets it should be a breeze. The pattern for kermits head is a little bit bigger than the projectpuppets roly puppet pattern so it should fit your hand nicely and it is similar in shape. I am going to make mine and in a few weeks I will post the results. Just thought I would share this bit of info with all the muppet fans out there.

Yeah I want to make two. One will just be the doll as instructed and the second will be the modified puppet. What is neat is it also comes with clothing patterns. You get a shirt and pants pattern and a footie pajamas pattern.

Yeah that is the one I got. I payed seven dollars for mine. That included shipping.

You got a good deal.  I'd like to have them too, but don't know if I want to pay that much.
I hope you make the pj's and such too and show them to us.

Oh I will. The clothing patterns are actually easier than I thought they would be.

Do they include the eyes or tell you where to find them?  I love muppet babies.

Yeah it suggests 2" foam balls cut in half and it shows how to sew white fabric around it but I think I will just sand and paint them.
