I am looking for a couple of large rings.  I am going to try to post a picture of the only ones I have seen.  They look like large grommets and I need a 10" diameter.  Anyone have any ideas where I might find these?  I've done web searches, image searches, etc. to no avail.

The picture you originally posted is a type of church collection bag. You can find them in Christian book stores.

This is a tough one............. I found these............Rings used it lighting might be a option. Sorry my search was not exactly what you needed.

I thought of another idea that might work use the top snap on lid  of a plastic bucket and cut away the center.Does it have to be metal? restaurants give them away.

I've been really busy today finishing a puppet and then teaching a sewing class.

I need the same rings or something similar.  Hoping to make some of the collection bags as a gift to friends for use in their new church.  They are so expensive to buy, and wouldn't be hard to make.
