Love him!  Cotton batting with a layer of latex... interesting. I like the texture.  What did you put the batting over... i.e. what was the base hand made out of?

The hand base was foam, just as if it were going to be covered with fleece. The technique doesn't allow a lot of movement, but I've never tried this technique with a puppet that was designed with an open mouth, so it'll be interesting to see if it can work for that... when I get back to puppet building.
Moving to Portland, Or. to be near family and friends. Really looking forward to it.
