I'm really loving the painted makeup - what are the stars on his lips? Are they painted too?

Are they painted too?A little tip: to panit on antron fleece, to make make up I used 300 ml of hot water and a full teaspoon of vinegear to make permanent make up on fleece. No those stars are a brocade too but I remove it cuz I change my mind and removed. His lips I will add a glue with brocade in light lilly colour
