I have a poster in .pdf format that I'd like to post in a thread. Is that possible?

You can add the pdf file to your user album then post the album URL to your post. I have a album with pdf files see example below......folks can then save the PDF to there computer.PDF file is Brazil pattern original size, then download document.

Billy has it right. You need to upload it to your gallery and then add a link in your post.
