I recently downloaded this and tried it. I have not worked out the kinks yet but you just type in the you tube URL and save it to the format you want. I save it to Windows media player but It does not just open up in windows media player I have to open from C;drive

https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/video-downloadhelper/?src=cb-dl-users is the one I use for Firefox. There's several if you search the add-ons section. I used it to download PhilipStephens007 generic professional puppet video in HD and it automatically saved it as an Mp4, so it opens in Windows Media player without problem.

My main browser is Opera, and it has an addon that allows youtube downloads. There is also a browser called Maxthon that has an addon that allows downloading of most streaming videos, not only youtube.

So if you watch the video on your computer the full thing is there? I wonder if it is the DVD burning program itself. Do you set things up to burn more then one video to the DVD?

I have tried downloading it with youtube downloader, real player, and V downloader, it downloads Ok and I can play it back alright. I'm just having trouble getting the complete video to burn to a DVD. The video in question is Phillip Stevens video Generic Professional Puppet. I like this video and would like it on DVD instead of opening the file constantly. Any suggestions? It could be the DVD burning software but I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong there.

Have not tried that one. I did however finally get a full version burned using Vdownloader and windows media. It saved it as a MP4 file but it does play on my computer. One problem I had was I had my computer set to go to sleep in five minutes which halted the download time, with a few changes to some settings I was able to download everthing. A big Thanks to Phillip Stevens for one of many great tutorials.
