Those are incredible!  They have to be produced by the same company that did Walking With Dinosaurs.  The concept/scale seems to be very similar.

Finally got to see the videos... they are really great.  It does say it is the same producers as Walking with Dinosaurs  well and Dreamworks of course.  They are very well done.  Talk about a logistics nightmare!  Between the wingspans and the flying it couldn't have been an easy task to design and build.  They seem to move really fluid and fast.  Looks like the closest it is going to be to me is Chicago.

I followed links and the Global Creatures is the company behind the puppets. http://www.global-creatures.com/ It think it might be worth keeping an eye on these guys. Their web page says they are also working on a live production of King Kong.  It looks as if they are an Australia based company. That explains all Australian performers and puppeteers on the cast.

My 2 year old grandson LOVES the movie but I think seeing them that big and REAL would freak him out just a bit. Still very cool though!

We will most likely be going to see the Chicago production, with the VIP passes.  Looks awesome!!

VIP passes... you'll have to let us know how much that cost. I could not find any prices on their site.  Would be a really great experience though! Heck VIP parking and entrance to the venue would be a big bonus alone if your arena is anything like ours.
