Can you explain the mechanism in the arm? I understand from the pics you're using a ball joint (?) and a hinge, but what's the rest of it inside the bicep?

I have the same question as Na. I can't quite figure out how the white pearl bead is holding the arms in.

I made this joint from what I had at studio in this moment ( sorry for possible English mistakes )
It will be a lot of photos
For each joint we'll need
4 split pins
2 nuts
1 plastic bead
1 bolt ( its diameter should be the same as hole in the split pin
