Which foam core do you use? My last two puppets I used an old mouse pad. It works great if you don't want a real hard mouth.
stiq-After veiwing your video I went to the local hard ware and bought the supplies. I built one.  Put a small dollartree rubber ball on top. THANK YOU

You can never spend just a Dollar at the Dollar Tree. LOL.  After Hurricane Katrina it was a life saver for household needs on the cheap.

I line it completely with fabric and so it holds up pretty well so far.  I've had puppets last a couple of years so far with this as the mouth.  We'll see how much longer they last!
