How are you going with plans for the conversion? Will you be giving your fav bear a new and different lease on life or continuing with him as is?

Nice improvements in the intro on the manipulation.

I got some Green Slurpee straws and taped them to the back of his hands. Non destructive but they seem to work pretty well.
And they disappear with the green screen too.
I've been practicing with it to get better.
