Back to working on this. Legs stitched, feet attached and stitched.
Need to stitch arms and tail to body (just glued for now).
Need to attach wings and figure out how to make them move (I think that will be easy)
Need to figure out how to make smoke come out mouth/nose
Need to add a fan
Need to buy green pants!

Wow... and you've having a warm summer, too, don't you?

Yes, but I am a professional jouster (trying to quit) so I am use to wearing 90 pounds of steel in the heat...

Wow coming along really nicely. Your choice to leave the bottom of the body open and the legs exposed so to speak should be really good for keeping it cooler inside the main suite. Most suite are closed up tight so you get no circulation at all. This way if you are wearing just a light t-shirt or none at all it should be somewhat pleasant inside comparatively speaking.

Thanks! Looking at the pictures, I've decided on 2 changes. I need to make at lest one arm, operable. That'll be a major alteration. But I also need to at least make a piece at the bottom that angles in. Maybe just 3-4 inches long, but makes it less harsh of a bottom. Will restrict that (and stride length) but I think it will really help.

Yes I see what you are talking about the bottom line. Thing is not sure it needs to angle in or back any. It is the visual of the line for me that kind of pulls focus from the front view not the side. Visually not sure you would need to add a piece. Depending on construction I think you could simply round off the the existing structure.

Hmmm... true. Just like the cutouts on the puppet head patterns that give them shape. I like!

You joust? On horse or on bike (if you've seen Knightriders...). Any pictures on the web? As a fantasy nerd I'd love to see that!
