For Fanboy I'm using the pinhead pattern and the pattern ChumChum Melonhead. I used the pattern for the two alternative body, but the ChumChum I have modified to make it fatter.

Now I do the fanboy hat I think will be more complicated. Here you have some photos of the heads already stuffed with foam.
