Knight for my fantasy line Posted by ArthurS on Jul 30, 2012
This is Sir Murmphurerer.
This puppet was made with no mouth. Why? You ever try to understand a knight behind a closed helm?? His name is really Sir Humphrey, but what you hear sounds more like "Sir Murmphurerer". So it is with everything he says!
Next puppet is going to be a wizard and I'm going to try the mechanical eye brows...

Very nice job and I love the armor and characterization. I'm looking forward to seeing the wizard
I think Dr. Puppet may have a video on how to do that and I do know Dave Privett from PlaySoup also has a DVD on that and blinking eyes (I have the DVD). Maybe that could help?

Thanks for the comments! I did make the costuming, thanks!
I have seen a few pictures on the moving eyebrows, but not videos. Definitely need to find some before I attempt it.

Nice work. Love the eyes peeking through. This would have been the perfect puppet to try out moving eyes. It would be a hoot to see them looking right and left. He is still pretty dang perfect as is though.
Jay aka Dr.Puppet does have a video on eyebrows and other mechs. http://www.drpuppet.com/video_tutorial_page_1.html At the moment it seems the site is down but hopefully it'll be back up. It has been awhile since he stopped by but you could also try to contact him via his profile. DrPuppet
