What to do with these... Posted by Shawn on Aug 30, 2012
Joy Filled Puppets asked this question over on FaceBook and I thought it was just too good a topic to not re-post here. I hate that FB makes it impossible to share links to photos but you can see the other replies at FB on Joy Filled Puppets page. https://www.facebook.com/pages/Joy-Filled-Puppets/134935036520065

So what would you do with these?

Hmmm... lemme see...

Give them to someone who can't keep to their diet?
Sell them on eBay as retro-styled model rockets?
Nose splints?
Safe Freddy Krueger glove blades?
Glue 'em all together, tell people its a 'Bork-bork' lampshade from Ikea?
Practice razors for first-time shavers?

If you buried the handle in the forearm of a puppet, they would make interesting two-digit claws.

Poke them into a styrofoam egg, put the handle in the puppets mouths and they can pretend to play the game where you run with the egg on a spoon.

I hate that FB makes it impossible to share links to photos

All my photo's on "Little Steve" (see projects) are directly from my Facebook. I put them there first, so I don't have to have a thirdparty picture-upload-webpage. I even use it to put the photo's in my weblog, because it's faster than uploading them to blogspot (and it takes less space)
Just open with rightclick on facebook-photo and copy/past http(s) link in to "Insert Image".....
So, sorry if I don't tell any news here, just wanted to share the method.

Yes that is what I did above to embed the image here.  What I wish you could do though is easily share a link to the photo on FaceBook itself.  Haven't quite figured out a short cut for that one yet.
