Thanks for your comments. I ended up taking her legs off. She wears a lot better now, not too heavy. I attached her second arm today, so there should be som action shots soon. Her name is The Lady Sharpchin of Sharpshire. IMG_8116

Hi all,  I've been under the weather for weeks. I was able to go to the 12th Night party and I wore Lady Sharpchin for 4 hrs. with no lasting affects on my body. She was a hit, but I am not a verbal person and I did not really take on her persona. The video I hope to make soon will be Lady Sharpchin singing a medieval tune. I do much better with movement and song. Then all I have to do is figure out how to post a video. In the state capitol on the first Sun. in May each year there is a festival called All Species Day. You go as a plant or animal. I made the head of a chimp that I plan to do on the order of the Lady. It will be about 36" tall as well. I will post some pics soon.

...Then all I have to do is figure out how to post a video....
Posting video is pretty easy really. First you need to upload it to a site like YouTube.com.  Once you've done that then all that is needed is the URL to the page it is on. Over at YouTube it is really easy to find that. Simply click on Share underneath the video you want to share with us.  You'll see a box with a URL in it. Click on it and it should highlight the entire URL. Then right click and copy.  Then come over here and in the post screen if you simply paste that URL it is going to auto embed it into the post!  Now if you want to can use the new "Insert Media" icon at the top of the post box. It looks like a film strip. It opens up a dialogue box where you can past the URL you saved and then preview to make sure it will show the video you wanted. Once you preview it hit the "Insert Media" button and it will insert the URL for auto embedding. There is also a "No Embed" button you can use that will insert the URL with bbCode to keep it from being auto embedded.  Then it would just show up as a link to the video.

This is the chimp I'm making for the All Species Day, a celebration in the state capitol the first sun. in May. Lots of puppets small, large and huge.

I'm really sorry. I still can't seem to post a photo. Too old to learn new tricks I guess. They are in my album.
