Hello Puppet People! Posted by BoozeBandPuppets on Nov 02, 2012
Hello everyone. About a year ago I discovered ProjectPuppet.com and loved making the sock puppets. From there I had a go at the foam headed designs, and made replicas of myself and everyone in my band. I am here to share my hobby results and get some advice and tips from a friendly community! I have uploaded some videos to youtube and really hope to make more. Here is a link to my first episode, I hope you enjoy it

Welcome to Puppets and Stuff! Yes I did enjoy it. Nice job! Did the band voice the puppets and operate them? You should be proud, you've done quite well.

What nice puppets with interesting characters and good technique. Lots of great details in the costumes and scenery, you did really good.

Great job! Those puppets look great.

Fantastic! Dry one liners are one of my favourite comedy styles. Well done indeed.

Thanks for the kind words Shawn. The band voiced the lines, but just my bro and I worked the puppets to a looped track on my laptop. It's really time consuming but we go their in the end! Again thank you Snail and Gary, it's always nerve racking presenting it to fellow puppet lovers! And a little note to PoorFishy: I will tell my bro you like the humor, he wrote the scripts! We have just finished recording the audio for 3 more episodes and his humor is getting worse!

I think the one liners get worse PoorFishy, there's no stopping my brother when he gets going!! Here is our second outing if you have a spare few mins..
