Fish puppet, Therapy Puppets, Thanksgiving Puppets and Pheed Posted by Lola on Dec 13, 2012
Hi everyone! I've been working like a crazy woman on puppets for holiday gifts, and wanted to take a break to share with you!

Here's the latest puppet, one of two fish I am working on for a couple of friends. I'm making the other one red, so one fish, two fish, red fish, blue fish...lol

I also did a set of three "emotion puppets" for a friend of mine who is a therapist. He works with kids who are low income/high risk. He wanted me to do happy, sad and angry. I made them with hand holds for the kids and a larger set for the adults. Made for an interesting puzzle. Here they are...

And this is the puppet my niece and I made over two weeks (Thanksgiving break for her). I taught her how to use the sewing machine and all that. She did the decoration all herself:

Also, is anyone else using Pheed? It's a new social networking site that's sort of like twitter, but you can copyright your posts. I just joined yesterday, and would like to add people if anyone is on. If you want to add me instead, I am here: https://www.pheed.com/Chatterboxpuppets.com

Hello... These are super cute! Love the blue fish, I'm a big believer in home made gifts, I know the recipients of the puppets will be thrilled; I'm sure. I'm not familiar with 'pheed' (although I did miss-read it as peed to start with!!)

Great puppets! I really like them.  I love your use of alternative materials for hair, eyebrows etc.
