Greetings from StoneWheel Puppets!  I have been interested in puppetry since childhood, and started StoneWheel Puppets in Glens Falls, NY in about 1997 with my brother and sister.  I've taken quite a long hiatus from performance and puppet construction to become an English teacher, but now I'm looking to get the company back up and running.  I've never been on a puppetry forum before, or any forum for that matter, but I feel like I can learn a lot here.  My current interest is in experimenting with foam puppet construction.  I've built mostly hand-and-rod style puppets in the past, I'll try to post some pictures to maybe get some feedback.  I look forward to sharing ideas and discoveries with everyone.  Cheers!

Welcome Stone Wheel Puppets! So pleased you joined us.  Feel free to ask as many questions as you like.  A search for puppet patterns will most likely bring up a ton of past threads on where you can find patterns for making foam puppets. I know that Billy's album in the gallery has some free ones.
