I'm planing on working the mouth as we would talk if we had a cigar clenched in our teeth. Whether that's possible we'll see. I would like to have the cigar removable and give him a mechnical hand operated with a rod so he can take it out occasionally but that may be a little too ambitious.

Hold the cigar in his mouth with a magnet, maybe?
