We created this short found-object western is a homage to the moody and expansive films of Sergio Leone. We hope you enjoy it!

Introduction: In this saga of regret and redemption, Sheriff Johnny West defends his town from marauding banditos but must deal with the consequences of his choices against the backdrop of a desolate, unforgiving landscape. Using low tech effects and found object puppetry, Lohifi Productions explore the epic western genre on a diminutive scale.

Wow, that was really good. How did you manage to shoot so low to the floor?

Hey welcome to Puppets and Stuff!  I saw this over on FB and thought it was great!  So please you decided to join us and share it here. This is an excellent example of found object puppetry folks!

The best and most creative thing I've seen today so far. Great job.  Ironically on the first day of the NYS assault weapons ban that some of us here at work are not too happy about. (because that does not address the real problems) I digress. The gun shots did freak me out a bit though. Better than Toy Story.

@Na - We used a simple Cannon point-and-click camera so we could sit it right on the floor or roll it along in the wagon.

Ah, I see - I was thinking you were using some fancy professional camera. That's very cool!

We were really lucky that our friend Ian Sherwood agreed to compose the score.

Ian has a great sound! It is amazing the talent that is out there and all around us.
