Their email on the Puppets for Jesus page/also puppets in action page, is for "puppetheadquarters.com". That website is dead and gone, despite the fact that the domain name is still owned by someone (it could be passing out of registration, it takes time to update)
A little sleuthing with who owns the domain names and I turned up some possible alternate contact info:

Now that could just be their webmaster info, or it could be someone from the orgnisation itself. However, a little paying attention to the BBB info and it states that two Chenots run the company... No guarantees that extra contact info will work of course
But here we go... a little more sleuthing and we find their info listed on the Florida Dept of State website:

One suspects that you can take it from there in regards to talking to anyone in your/their state....
PS. All this info garnered from public records. You've just got to follow the leads...
One interesting thing is that it looks like their site is on a blacklist for spam - this can happen when you're sharing web hosting, as most everyone does, and some idiot decides to spam; this puts everyone on that server on a blacklist, whether they're involved in the spamming or not. Could be they aren't replying because their emails not working because of the blacklist. (I've had it happen to me) Of course, that doesn't explain the lack of phone response...
The best thing to do is put a stop to the payment - if you've done it by credit card, get your bank to reverse it, citing lack of delivery of products. They usually can do that for you, so you shouldn't wait around for a response from the company to get it done.
