I'm an English teacher living in South Korea but my wife and I do monthly puppet shows for the neighbourhood kids. They come to our home for pizza, some games, and a puppet show. We want to give them some clean entertainment (not video games or TV). They like it. Also, they like the exposure to the English language.
So, we don't have a company but are doing it as a hobby.

Sounds like you are off a good start. Keep an eye on the puppets and the kids and everything will fall into place.
