Practice is really the best tip I can give you. Smaller even stitches are going to be the best and that comes with doing the stitches over and over. What type of stitch are you using?
Here is a video on how to do the "Henson" stitch. It is also called the ladder stitch some times. Most like to use it.

Ok,then i did the ladder stitch, how you put it tight?i'll see sometimes 1 or 2 stitches if i turn it insideout,or am i to perfect?i mean that i'am a perfectionist so i see evrything :-(

I'm not sure if this is what you mean, but the smaller the stitches, the tighter they will be and the less likely you'll see the stitches. Of course without seeing it... yes, you could just be a perfectionist!

Yes it sounds like perhaps you are a perfectionist but that is ok.
The seams is one reason builders like to use Antron. With it you can pick out or fluff the seams and they are not as noticeable. I personally do not mind having the seam show some as long as it is a nice clean line.

Just a thought, if your pattern allows for seams, don't forget to sew them, or it will all turn out a bit floppy. Hand stitching definitely works , if you don't have a machine.
