What did you use as a base for this? Looks like it is a pretty big project, either that or that is a very small chair.

she will be quite large Shawn. I found a series of videos on how to build giant puppets. The link is for making a cardboard base for the head.

I'm fascinated and inspired! Can't wait to see how your project turns out! We are in a parade every year in our town and I'm thinking of doing something like this to be different from the other floats.

Very nice! You left the skin "raw". I like that. I would suggest doing a good clear seal over the entire project just for protection, but then you had most likely already thought of that.
