No problem Animal... the more we can explain it the better. Always hard with a language barrier knowing if you are using the right English word that translates to another language well or not. Not to mention, even some of our English speaking members have had trouble figuring out what gasket rubber is.

I have also heard some people mention that they have used computer mouse pads? I've never tried it, but I have used the thin lawn trim borders in the past with good results.

I think that is almost the same as carton,i think it's more gummi/latex.

Some canning jars have gasket rings in the lids to seal them.  Not big enough for puppet mouth but similar type of flexible rubber.
