Hello all,i want to make the miss piggy with foam and then flock her.
Can someone tell me of piggy's legs arms and body also are foam?I want to know
and if there is a pattern for woman legs and body.

Please let me know!

Yes they can be foam. I think though you'll need to make them out of sheet foam and cover in Antron or fleece.  I actually think even the original was done that way.

Somewhere we have a pattern for legs but can't seem to find it. Pretty sure it is in someones gallery album but can remember who.  Anyone else remember what I am talking about?

Eh, it was luck. I browsed his gallery a few months ago and remembered seeing some patterns.

So if she was carved out of foam, I only have three questions, first what could be used to make her hair, and second where can you get solid foam to carve and third if when she gets angry and she snarls her snout, how would you do that with a stiff mouth plate? Someone please help me out here I'm tired of not having piggy

Her hair is a wig. Solid foam blocks can be purchased through companies that supply foam for upholstry factories. Check you local area. In KC we have a company called Comfort Felt and Foam.  She wouldn't have a solid mouth plate in fact when carving a puppet from foam yo don't really use the traditional mouth plate like in a patterned puppet. You use something soft like leather if added support it needed.
