The 9th (?) annual puppetry festival in Bogota, is being held shortly...or has it gone already? I am missing it this year, but I was sent the link to this clip of last year's. Especially good for Spanish speakers.

Hi Shawn. The links  you  have there are for the Theatre Festival. The  puppets festival...did some digging...5 to 28 October . Its the tenth international Festival of  ' Munuelucho' puppets...in Bogota. We should arrive  in the middle of it, but  I doubt I will see much of it as we will be busy shifting back into our house about then.

Hi to all in 2014. This year in the month of November, the 10th puppetry festival in Bogota was held. This year, 27 shows were presented, in schools. It was 4 or 5 hours in traffic every day, but I recorded something from each event. If you are interested to see what level of puppetry is happening in Colombia, check out the video below.

Colombia has some pretty cool puppetry going on! Looks like there is a lot of table top puppetry.
