Is there something on the nose, like paint or something? Or is that just reflection off the camera? That's a reflection from my cameras flash.

Thanks, though disappointed it's not some new and interesting building technique

I made a new NURBS-model, transformed it to polygons, extruded the model and cut everything off that I do not need:
This model was not made for a specific purpose, so I decided to release it for free.
It's now on Thingiverse: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:250454
This work is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International License.
The head base can be used to build a puppet-, plushie-, robot- or even a costume head (you have to scale it). Fake fur can be glued on.
I did not include the lower jaw because It's faster (and cheaper) to make one with an aluminium profile when to print it.
Tioh_fursuithead7_onepart.stl is the complete model - I recommend printing the 3 parts. It can be printed without support material.

Sweet! I really wish I had a 3D printer.

I was kind of wondering about that. KCMO actually has one pretty close to me! Thanks for the link, it really makes it easy to find a space close to where a person lives.

Really nice! I like how the costume version is controlled by the puppeteers own mouth/jaw.
